Vincent Jackson has been named as the new Executive Director of the Greater Northampton Chamber of Commerce, beginning June 3, 2019. Vince replaces long-time leader Suzanne Beck, who retired after 26 years at the Chamber.
Jackson said it was “an honor for me to join The Greater Northampton Chamber of Commerce at this pivotal time in its history. With deep respect for the chamber’s legacy and leadership, I look forward to working with the board, partner organizations, community leaders, and volunteers to chart the new path forward.”
A resident of Hadley, Jackson is the founder and CEO of Marketing Moves, a consulting group that provides companies with strategic and innovative marketing support. Clients of Marketing Moves include Fortune 60 corporations, small businesses, nonprofits and individuals seeking marketing expertise and consultation.
In June 2019, the Chamber celebrated its centennial anniversary and this summer is rolling out a new strategic marketing plan. The mission is “to be a catalyst for collaboration and innovation to create an inclusive and thriving economy and community.” Read the full plan here.
